At this consultation I will examine one mole, each subsequent mole is £20, if you have lots of moles I recommend the full skin examination x 

Fibroblast lesion removal is relatively painless, however I do apply a topical numbing cream as who doesn't want to be comfortable. Post treatment there will be a crust which you will need to keep dry for 48 hours. This will take up to 2-3 weeks to drop off. Minimal scarring, minimal discomfort.

At this initial consultation I will take a full clinical history, assess your risk of skin cancers, carry out a full skin examination using dermoscopy and advise if I have any concerns, we can also discuss and plan for removal of any benign lesions. 

It is always advisable to have regular skin checks if you fall into a high risk category, such as sun bed use, high UV exposure, family history of skin cancers.

Cryosurgery is the application of extreme cold to destroy abnormal or diseased tissue. The application of ultra-cold liquid causes damage to the treated tissue due to intracellular ice formation.
